Baby Wario is the baby counterpart of Wario. In Yoshi's Island DS, he haves a magnet to collect coins and other things in the game that are magnetic. Kamek's Toadies kidnapped Baby Wario but abandoned him in a cave as they became annoyed with his incessant crying. He often has tantrums when he doesn't get what he wants, a trait that he still displays as an adult.

Trivia
- Baby Wario and Baby Bowser were the only babies that were not in Mario Super Sluggers or in any Mario Kart game.
- Yoshi's Island DS was also the only game Baby Wario appeared in until he returned in Dr. Mario World as "Dr. Baby Wario".
