♥s Are the points in Yoshi's Story. They are symbols of happiness, and can improve Yoshi's mood. They also recover petals on the Smile Meter. ♥s are earned by eating fruit, defeating enemies, and collecting Heart Coins. One-hundred ♥s are awarded for each Melon eaten, each Special Heart and for each Baby Yoshi that completed the stage.
