A Spooky is a Shy Guy or a Bandit wearing a Lantern Ghost disguise in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They can float in midair because they are ghosts, but they jump to get higher. They can steal Baby Mario like a Bandit, so they are most likely Bandits. When Yoshi or his allies attacks, they can eat them or do a Ground Pound on them. When being Ground Pounded, it'll show whether it really was a Bandit or a Green Shy Guy.
