Snorkel Snake attacks by its spiky body (its green spots) when it attempts to attack [[Yoshi (species)|Yoshi]]. Snorkel Snake also swims around Yoshi to make him an effective obstacle to the Yoshis. However, its body is not long enough to make a full circle and thus, Yoshi can always swim out of the small gap when he has the chance.
