Dizzy Dandy

Dizzy Dandies are mad flower enemies that are found in the games Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island DS and Yoshi's Crafted World (one of the rarest enemies). When Yoshi or your Yoshi throws an egg at them, they start laughing and drop down to the ground attacking any enemies in their path.

Dizzy Danzies looks very alike to the Smiley Flowers, with the only difference being their smile's malicious and if the player's not paying attention, they could easily jump right into it thinking it's a Smiley Flower to collect and get damaged as a result.
