Heads Up, Hop Up
Heads Up, Hop Up is the fifth level of World 1 in Yoshi's New Island the level is mostly consist of moving platforms.
Layout
Yoshi starts in a small area with a lone Tap-Tap and an egg block taking an upward warp pipe leads to the next section.
In the next section is a vertical field with moving platforms going left or right while dodging Snifits hitting the first winged cloud on the left will reveal a spring ball the next part has moving platforms, Tap-Taps and Snifits until reaching a warp pipe with a red arrow pointing upward.
After entering the pipe is a small field with a single Tap-Tap and the goal ring.
Smiley Flower Locations
Smiley Flower 1: In the vertical section fall behind a small gap to make the Smiley Flower appear.
Smiley Flower 2: In the area with the four winged clouds hit the third winged cloud to reveal the Smiley Flower.
Smiley Flower 3: Shortly after the previous area hit the winged cloud found at the right of the platform with the Tap-Tap.
Smiley Flower 4: Found at the top of the room with the Tap-Taps which can be accessed through a warp pipe while a moving platform is under it.
Smiley Flower 5: Near the warp pipe on the top-right corner before the end of the level inside a winged cloud.
