Rush Shy Guy is an enemy in Yoshi's Crafted World. It's a Shy Guy carrying a ninja sword.
Yoshi's Crafted World
A Rush Shy Guy is normally encountered on Yoshi's or an alternate colour's path, but some can be appear from behind shoji-like doors. They carry ninja swords, which they always point in front of them while rushing forward.
When they bump into a wall or another Rush Shy Guy, or simply encounter an edge of a platform, they will stop for a short time before going in the other direction.
In the level Outer Orbit the Rush Shy Guy wears silver clothing and a space helmet, and hops out of spaceships wielding space swords but otherwise, it acts in the same way.
