Waluigi's Luigi's Taller and skinnier arch-rival and a character in the famous Mario series. Generally, he's in spin-off games and can be partners with Yoshi, other members of the Yoshi (species) and Wario etc. He and Wario were once said to be brothers, though nowadays are merely referred to as partners.
