Bananas are fruit in the games Yoshi's Story and Yoshi Touch & Go. In Yoshi's Story, they were Yellow Yoshi's favourite fruit. In Super Mario Sunshine, they can also restore Yoshi's, Orange Yoshi's or Purple Yoshi's health, and turns him pink. Mario Kart 64 Has banana peels, which can be weapons to slow a player down.
