Pokey With A Needlenose.

Pokey is an enemy in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's New Island. It's a small green cactus black eyes.

Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island

Pokey remains stationary on the ground. They attack by bouncing a green Needlenose on top of their head. If Yoshi or your Yoshi eats it, the Pokey will frown and lie down, becoming temporarily harmless. After a few seconds, it'll produce another Needlenose. They can only be defeated with a POW block.

Yoshi's New Island

Pokey reappears in Yoshi's New Island. They act the same from the previous game.
