Tree Shy Guy

The Tree Shy Guy is an enemy in the Yoshi (series). They appear in Yoshi's New Island, they are tree carrying Shy Guys.

Yoshi's New Island

The Tree Shy Guy first appears in Yoshi's New Island. They hide underneath the tree until Yoshi comes close, where it will pop out from underneath the tree and uproots it and moves around. They can be defeated by eating the Shy Guy. If Yoshi backtracks to the same section, another one will respawn.
