Woollet Bill is an enemy in the Yoshi series, only appearing in Yoshi's Woolly World. They're grey Bullet Bills.

Woollet Bill only appears in Yoshi's Woolly World. In most cases, they're fired from Bill Blasters they fly in a horizontal line leaving behind a cotton-wool trail which Yoshi or his fellow designs can walk on or fall through. They're only found in Miss Cluck the Insincere's Castle and Woollet Bill's Last Ride.
