Train Bandit is an enemy in the Yoshi (series) debuting in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It's a chalk Shy Guy etched to certain walls.
Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
Train Bandit first appears in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They only appear when Yoshi or his allies transform into a Yoshi Train. They come to life and start chasing him, however they're limited to wall borders and they can only be defeated using the Winged Cloud Maker or POW Block.
