Yoshi Kid
Yoshi (known in the fandom as Yoshi Kid) is one of Mario's partners in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. After Mario finds him in a Yoshi Egg in Glitzville, he hatches during a battle with the Armored Harriers. Depending on the amount of time that has passed between these two events, Yoshi can be any one of the main Yoshi (species) colours. He takes the place of Parakarry, Mario's Paratroopa companion in the original Paper Mario. Like in the Yoshi series, Mario can ride the Yoshi Kid to get across gaps.
Yoshi Kid's moves include Gulp, his signature Yoshi (series) move; Ground Pound; Stampede, where he sends a herd of other members of his species at the opponents; and Mini-Egg, where he can Egg Throw to shrink his foes down to manageable size.
