Bullet Bill Patch is an enemy in Yoshi's Woolly World. It's a two-dimensional patch variant of Bullet Bill. They are first found in Snowy Mountain Lift Tour. If Yoshi unties a block of yarn containing a Bullet Bill Patch, they will be set free and fly towards him. They can be defeated by jumping on it or by throwing a yarn ball at it.
