Pokey (Mario)

Template:Infobox needed Pokey is an enemy in the Yoshi series debuting in Yoshi's New Island. They're cactus-like creatures that originally debuted in Super Mario Bros 2.

Yoshi's New Island

Pokey first appears in Yoshi's New Island. They come in two different colors, yellow and white. The yellow variants can be found on the ground or ceiling while the white variants can only be found on the ceiling they move along the ground or ceiling sometimes blocking passageways. Yoshi And his allies can't jump on them because they are covered spikes and they take damage if they touch one. They can reduce their height by eating their body segments and they can be defeated if they swallow the Pokey's head.
