Ruffin' Tumble Patch is an enemy in the Yoshi series debuting in Yoshi's Woolly World. They're a two dimensional patch variant of Ruffin' Tumble.
Yoshi's Woolly World
Ruffin' Tumble Patch only appear in Yoshi's Woolly World. They are found in Wobble Mobile Jaunt, they behave just like their regular counterparts they hurt your Yoshi if he touches their sides however he can jump on their heads to reach higher areas if Yoshi unties one with his tongue they roll up into blocks of yarn.
